SPECIAL EVENT PARKING FORM

To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests and to manage our parking resources effectively, UAkronPark has established the following guidelines for parking requests. By submitting your Special Event Parking Form, you have acknowledged reading and agreeing to comply with the policies below:

Reservation Types:

Reserved Spaces: Requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event.
Other Event Types: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required.

Additional Information:

Availability and Late Requests: Parking availability is directly influenced by the event schedule and regular parking operations, particularly for larger events. Although we strive to accommodate all requests, those made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a late fee. Additionally, such requests risk being denied or necessitating alternative parking arrangements.
Violations and Accountability: Should arrangements not be made in advance, parking violations may be issued. These violations are non-negotiable and cannot be voided or reduced.
Responsibility: In some instances, a parking attendant is required. In all others, it is an option. When an attendant is not requested or assigned, UAkronPark is not responsible for moving parking resources upon guest arrival. Similarly, UAkronPark is not responsible for interference by third parties with the parking setup prior to the event in cases where a parking attendant has not been requested
